We have a pavilion which has a kitchen area and restroom next to it. Guests are all welcome to share it. We charge $100 a day to outside groups who wish to use it exclusively for their own event. We also charge guests for use if they want a private event which excludes other resort guests.
What to bring with you
Add to the cabin rent a 5% room assessment for the Mason County CVB and 6% to the state of Michigan. Bedding is not included in the cabin rental and neither is any of the other extras.
Off season rates are 10% discounted after Labor Day Weekend and prior to Memorial Weekend.

wrist bands good for kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, paddle boat, blob and water slide for the entire time you are staying on site.
We have 3 pontoons for rent. Minimum is for up to 3 hours. You may not rent an hour at a time to add up to 3 hours. These prices do not include gas. Gas is $4 per gallon for the premium gas we use. We will supply that and add the cost.
$50 minimum(small pontoon) for up to 3 hours.$60 minimum (large pontoon) for up to 3 hours.
$75 up to 6 hours
$135 per 12 hour day and $625 per week
Motors are $175 per week and we will attach to a 14 foot heavy duty aluminum boat for you. $40 and $50 by the day. We expect all boats turned in by 10pm at the latest.
Row boats are free for guests and $5 for visitors with their own motors to attach. It is $5 to launch from our boat launch and $5 to park a trailer for visitors. Guests may dock and launch boats free and park trailers free while staying here.

Day Pass $10 per person (visitors not renting cabin) need to sign waiver and get wristband(this fee is for those using the slide and blob and includes wristband. Other visitors don't need to pay just to visit)

row boats are free for guests to use and visitors with day pass.
Life jackets are free to us as are basketballs, volleyballs, and horseshoes.
Our kitchens are outfitted with stainless steel or aluminum pots and pans and glass/plastic dishes. Should be enough silverware and utensils to cook with. We provide some soap and a dish cloth and towel. We have cleaning supplies for each cabin. There is fridge,stove,microwave and coffeepot. We don't supply nonstick cookware because it scratches so easily. If you need that you should bring your own.
